EMS Agents: Capture user information to increase marketing prospects
The latest developments from the Warp 9 team are EMS agents. These exciting new agents are designed to perform several key functions:
- Save time by removing the need for manual list maintenance and updating.
- Leverage your existing traditional marketing and web site traffic to generate marketing prospects.
- Deploy agents on other sites as a means of lead generation.
When an agent is implemented, you can capture user information and automatically inject that information into an EMS list of your choice. Agent implementation in a website is seamless which means the user's online experience is never interrupted.
There are two levels of agents that will be available: basic and advanced. The basic agents require only minimal technical knowledge of your systems to implement. The use of the advanced agents may require moderate to in-depth knowledge of your online systems and their capabilities.
 The first of several agents to be released for the EMS is the Form Agent. This is a basic agent that will allow you to capture information from almost any form and have that information injected into the EMS list of your choice. For example, if you receive catalog requests on your website, you can store the information that is being submitted in an EMS list, thus bypassing the need for manual entry or updating.
The second agent being released is the Image Agent - the first of the advanced agents. The Image Agent can inject dynamically populated information into an EMS list with or without the use of an online form. Any information that is dynamically available by the website can be sent into an Image Agent for storage in an EMS list.
