Warp 9 has added an auto-responder to the EMS Agents. When user information is captured using an EMS agent, an e-mail can be automatically sent to that person. This e-mail can be your first point of communication between your company and a potential customer, allowing you to make a good first impression. These e-mails also provide the user a chance to unsubscribe from your offering before you send out your next campaign, preventing unwanted spam.
The auto-response content can utilize the dynamic EMS field tags that your standard e-mail content uses. This allows you to personalize each response with their captured information.
