Custom Reports
 Every company using the Warp 9 EMS system can have very different information in their lists from very different sources. With the advent of EMS Agents, this information is even more easily collected, stored, and accessible for use in your e-mail campaigns. With all this information being collected, your company may have special reporting needs that would not normally be addressed in an e-mail management system, but would be based on this collected information.
Warp 9 has created a Custom Reports section to display metrics and summary statistics on any and all information contained within your EMS lists. Each report is designed based on client specifications, and can be as informative or detailed as the client sees fit.
For example, the image on the right displays the sign-up to unsubscribe rate for the last six months for a particular profile, taking into account both agent injections and list uploads. Other graphs show similar statistics for the current month and the previous month. Further demographics can be shown on people who sign-up by state, region, or internal source code.
